Synopsis: This article explains how you can release a mis-classified item before receipt of the spam digest

So long as your administrator has enabled the feature, you can go to the URL he gave you and login with your email address and password.

Once logged into the portal, click on the "Spam" item from the menu. By default, all mail items addressed to you that were classified as spam within the last 24 hours will be shown.

Should you need to look back further in time, adjust the settings values at the top of the page and click the Search button. After a while the scrren will refresh, and all mails to you that matched the search criteria will be shown.

If you can see the item that you want to release, select it by checking the box next to it. Do this for as many items as you need to release.

Now click the Release button at the top of the page. Shortly, the mail items you checked will arrive in your mail.

Note: The maximum time the system keeps mails is 28 days. If you are waiting on something older than that it will no longer be available for release.
